Thank you for purchasing Fujipower / Promer Power products. We trust that Fujipower / Promer Power reputation for technical excellence, experience in developing products, commitment to its customer and extensive product testing will ensure your complete satisfaction. In the event you have a defective product or require repair service, please read the information below.

 

Fujipower / Promer Power offer warranties against manufacturing defects on its products from the original date of purchase when purchased from an Authorized Dealer. Please keep your sales receipt as verification of purchase date. Fujipower / Promer Power will repair or replace the defective product with an existing comparable model. :: Warranty Return Procedure:

 

1. Return your product at our repair centre. Please include your warranty card.

2. Please include the original sales receipt with your product. Any product returned without the sales receipt is not covered under warranty.

 

If we deem the product defective, we will first try to repair the product. If we cannot repair it or if the repair cost exceeds the value of the product, Fujipower / Propmer Power will replace it with an equal or greater value model as determined by us.

 

:: Warranty Limitations:

 

Fujipower / Promer Power is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product.

 

:: FujiPower / Promer Power's warranty does not cover the following :

 

  - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect.

  - Damage caused during storage.

2. What is not covered in Fujipower / Promer Power warranty policy?

 

Fujipower / Promer Power is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product.

 

 

3. What if I lost my proof of purchase or receipt and/or warranty card?

 

We will determine the warranty period based on the date your product was originally manufactured. If we determine that the warranty period has or might  expired, we will charge a reparing fees.
