Quality Control Our engineer staffs undertake the following QC procedures:
Sampling test on voltage, capacity, internal resistance & temperature performance using Electronics Battery Analyzer, this will identify batteries’ performance characteristics.
Sampling test according to GB2828 standards, aiming to achieve “zero error” product qualification rate.
Sampling test on batteries’ cycle life, high rate charging, high & low temperature charging and self-discharge performance.
Sampling examination on battery performance of a statistical distribution in the parameters of the porous cathode structure, as well as unequal compression/ expansion of the module and unequal number of cells in module.
Sampling testing on the compatibility on the devices for which they are indented as indicated by internal testing, comparison analysis and feedback from end users.
